Hi, I’m Sandi!
I’m the founder of Mind Your Being LLC and a Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach—but more than that, I’m someone who believes in helping people step into the life they were meant for.
My Mission: To inspire people to live life on purpose by raising their consciousness and curating the life of their dreams.
My Story
I’ve always known I was meant to help others. I still remember sitting in Sunday school as a little girl, learning that the meaning of my name is “Helper of Mankind.” That moment stuck with me. It shaped the way I moved through life, the way I show up for others, and ultimately, how I found my way to coaching.
For over 25 years, I’ve built a career in helping people navigate change, find their voice, and step into who they’re meant to be. As a Human Resources Executive, I’ve worked with people at all levels—supporting their growth, guiding them through transitions, and helping them create lives and careers that feel meaningful. Coaching wasn’t a leap for me—it was the natural next step in the work I’ve been doing my
whole life.
I Understand What You’re Experiencing
I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, stuck in uncertainty, or unsure of what’s next. I understand the weight of responsibility, self-doubt that creeps in, and the moments where you wonder if you’re truly on the right path.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Clarity emerges when you take action.
You don’t have to wait for the “perfect time” or have every answer—you just have to start.
How I Can Help
I work with individuals who are ready to:
Break out of autopilot and start living with purpose
Find balance and reduce stress without sacrificing what matters
Rebuild confidence and trust themselves again
Navigate life’s transitions with clarity and resilience
Set goals that resonate with who they truly are—not just what they should do
You don’t have to stay stuck. and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
What Sets Me Apart?
25+ Years of Experience: I’ve been guiding people through life and career transitions long before I even became a certified coach.
A Holistic Approach: True fulfillment happens when we stop compartmentalizing our lives. I believe true growth comes from integrating mind, body, and spirit. As a coach, I’ll help you achieve not just external success, but inner fulfillment, as well.
Real Talk & Real Support: You’ll get honesty, encouragement, and just enough tough love to push you forward.
Authenticity and Warmth: I’m a coach who meets you where you are—with honesty, empathy, humor, and genuine care.
Beyond Coaching
Let’s be real—my dogs run this house. I just pay the mortgage. If you ever wonder who’s really in charge, it’s my four furballs. They demand attention, belly rubs, and at least one may make an appearance during our sessions.
The outdoors is my reset button. Give me a vegetable garden, a sunny spot to read, or time to play with the dogs, and I’m in my happy place. There’s something about getting my hands in the dirt or feeling the sun on my face that reminds me to slow down and just be.
Creating is my happy place. Whether it’s painting, drawing, decorating, or bringing a vision to life, I love the process of turning an idea into something real. There’s something deeply fulfilling about putting color on a canvas, rearranging a space until it just feels right, or getting lost in a creative flow. It’s a reminder that life isn’t just about structure and strategy—it’s about expression, beauty, and making something uniquely yours.
I’m obsessed with learning. I’m passionate about learning—be it leadership, self-development, or the nuances of human behavior. My nightstand is piled high with books, and I’m always connecting the dots between what I learn and how I can help you grow.
Faith, movement, and mindfulness keep me grounded. Every day, I lean into prayer, meditation, and breathwork. I move my body, not just to stay strong, but because it clears my mind and fuels my energy. For me, growth is a holistic journey, both inside and out.
At the end of the day, I believe life is meant to be lived with intention, joy, and a little bit of humor. And I’m here to help you do the same.
